PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-5 business days.
Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen PACKAGES.
